To maximize the impact of your placement, we require:
Have completed at least 50% of their core academic courses before starting their placement.
Commit to a minimum of 350 hours, with responsibilities distributed across program initiatives and administrative support.
Commit to a placement duration of at least 3–6 months (flexibility to accommodate academic schedules).
Be open to obtaining liability insurance and submitting a clear police check, if applicable.
Be willing to work remotely, with occasional in-person team meetings or community events, if required.
Be available to contribute during evenings or weekends for specific events or campaigns based on organizational needs.

We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment, offering:
Individual Mentorship: Weekly check-ins with your designated supervisor to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
Team Collaboration: Opportunities to work alongside seasoned professionals and volunteers on diverse projects.
Skill-Building Sessions: Monthly workshops or training tailored to enhance your professional development (e.g., advocacy training, leadership, communications).
