Board Member
Annually, ANNISAA’s Board of Directors recruits independent directors from the community. The process varies from year to year based on the needs of the Board and the expiration of terms of its members. Generally, recruitment occurs in the late fall for nominations to occur at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in March.

ANNISAA’s Fundraising and Special Events Committees are voluntary bodies with representation from clients, community members and various health and business professionals. Becoming a Committee Member is an exciting and meaningful way to get involved and give back to the community.

Women’s Health Conference
The Conference is aiming to address issues regarding the health and well-being of women. Out of everything that makes a woman a woman, the most important is her physiology. The unique gifts associated with being a woman, regardless of whether they are socialized or biological, include being strong enough to bear children, stable enough to balance a dozen roles at once, and nurturing enough to build a strong, healthy community.
