Women Supporting Women: Leading Difficult Conversations to Improve Relationships

Presents: Women Supporting Women: Leading Difficult Conversations to Improve Relationships

The term “Women Supporting Women” energizes us and makes us believe that anything is possible when we work together. However, the mechanics of how this actually plays out in the workplace is not always clear. Our guest speaker, Stephanie Feasby, will share strategies for having those difficult conversations with employees, volunteers, colleagues and even your manager all within a supportive environment. By practising some tips and tools, you can improve your relationships, address issues before they escalate and clarify expectations for the future. The session will cover:

– Leading Difficult Conversations

– Performance Management

– Conflict Resolution

– Boundaries in the Workplace
